When placing an order at WEAR FIFI, you agree to the following:
PAYMENT
We accept payment with MobilePay, credit and debit cards.
Payments and transactions are securely processed by PensoPay.
Prices on the website are shown in DKK (Danmark - Kroner).
When purchasing a digital product, such as a knitting pattern, or a custom-designed item, the payment is charged immediately. Otherwise payment will be processed as soon as the purchased item(s) has shipped.
DELIVERY
Knitting patterns will be available for download and will be sent as pdf.-files to the e-mail address registered at check-out. Please make sure that the e-mail address is correct when placing an order.
READY-TO-WEAR and custom orders will be shipped with PostNord, GLS or DAO.
The estimated delivery time depends on both order and demand and will be determined when placing the order.
Shipping costs are calculated according to weight, distributor and delivery destination.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
When purchasing READY-TO-WEAR fixed sizes and other goods the 14 days right of cancellation applies.
When purchasing a READY-TO-WEAR custom order and/or a digital product such as a knitting pattern, you agree upon check-out that the 14 days right of cancellation does not apply.
I henhold til dansk købelov gives der 2 års reklamationsret. Reklamationsretten gælder ved produktionsfejl og/eller fejl i materialer. Reklamationsretten gælder frafalder ved brugsskader og/eller fejl i håndtering af vask/pleje.

RETURNS
Please contact us at info@wearfifi.com if you want to return your order. We will then provide information on how to return your order.
The 14 days right of cancellation begins the day the order is delivered. The customer bears the cost of return. Returned products must be unused and appear in the same state as when delivered. Notification of returns must be given no more than 14 days after delivery. The customer bears full responsibility for the returned product(s) until WEAR FIFI confirms that the returned order has been delivered

When purchasing a knitting pattern from WEAR FIFI, you buy access to use the pattern for your own personal use. You must not sell, forward or in any other way provide the pattern to any other person. Both the pattern and the finished products must not be sold or used for commercial purposes.
